Madison EMS Launches “Tuesday Night Training” Community Initiative

Madison EMS is thrilled to announce the launch of our new community training initiative, “Tuesday Night Training.” This program is designed to offer valuable first aid and other life-saving classes to the general public at no cost, empowering our community with essential skills and knowledge.

About Tuesday Night Training

“Tuesday Night Training” will take place periodically on Tuesday evenings throughout the year and will feature a variety of classes aimed at equipping participants with critical first-aid skills. These sessions are open to everyone, regardless of experience level, and are completely free of charge. Our goal is to create a safer, more prepared community by providing accessible training to all.

Launch Event: STOP THE BLEED® Class

We are excited to kick off “Tuesday Night Training” with a STOP THE BLEED® class on August 6, 2024. This vital course will teach participants how to recognize life-threatening bleeding and intervene effectively. STOP THE BLEED® is a national awareness campaign and call-to-action that encourages bystanders to become trained, equipped, and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives.

How to Register

More information about the STOP THE BLEED® class and registration details can be found on our website at Madison EMS Training. Space is limited, so we encourage interested community members to register early.

Future Classes

Following the launch event, we will continue to offer a variety of training sessions periodically on Tuesday evenings throughout the year. These classes will cover a range of topics, including basic first aid, CPR, AED use, and more. Stay tuned to our website and social media channels for updates on upcoming classes and schedules.
