Our mission is to provide the finest quality patient care through our team of highly skilled professionals. We continually strive to maintain a high standard of excellence while keeping abreast of the ever-changing needs of the pre-hospital environment. Madison EMS is “Caring for our Community.”
9-1-1 calls for service come in all shapes and sizes. From responding to motor vehicles accidents and acute medical emergencies to providing lift-assist services to those who have fallen and can’t get up, we proudly support the residents of Madison in their times of need.
Pre-hospital care can make the difference between life and death and educating the public to provide proper bystander care is an important component of this. At Madison EMS, we provide community training courses in First Aid, CPR, and other life-saving skills to help improve the safety of Madison.
Sporting events, such as football games and road races, and other special events often require ambulance standbys to ensure the safety of the competitors and the attendants. Madison EMS is proud to provide these services for events within the Town of Madison.
Madison EMS is uniquely funded through a combination of municipal funding direct from the Town of Madison and donations from our generous supporters throughout the town and beyond.

The Madison Ambulance Association, Inc. was founded in 1986 and has been proudly serving the Town of Madison since that time. However, the emergency medical services in town have origins decades earlier. Ranging from a single ambulance and a handful of volunteer drivers prior to World War II, to our present-day operations involving four ambulances, full-time staffing, and cutting-edge technology, the EMS providers in town have always strived to provide the best possible care to the residents of Madison.
